**Role Objective:** Responsible for validating and managing order forms/contracts for Google services. The role ensures accuracy of customer requirements captured by Field Sales Representatives (FSR)/DSS , validates the order forms, and facilitates a seamless validation and implementation process. The OMPF collaborates with SMEs, QA, DSS and sales teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** **Order & Contract Creation** - Review and rigorously validate incoming Order Forms using Google workspace tools to ensure contract completeness, financial alignment, and adherence to company policies before processing. - Navigate the Salesforce (Vector) ecosystem with ease; manage and track sales opportunities, and oversee the **CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)** and quoting process to guarantee accurate downstream billing. - Actively utilize **Q+** and tracking tools to monitor queue health, maintain data integrity, resolve order discrepancies, and meet strict daily/monthly operational SLAs. - Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and credit teams to quickly resolve billing blocks, quote discrepancies, or booking errors **Renewals Management** - Process renewal cases by validating order forms/contracts. - Should be able to refer to checklist and review cases - Update Q+ and other internal tools with accurate renewal information. **Deal Structuring & Compliance** - Ensure orders/contracts align with Clients commercial and legal frameworks. - Perform approval vs policy and approval vs contract checks prior to submission. - Collaborate with SMEs for order form/contract review and incorporate feedback. **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Provide clarifications to internal stakeholders regarding order details when required. - Support escalations by providing accurate order data and documentation. **Quality & Process Adherence** - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deal creation and documentation. - Ensure orders pass through QA checks and address feedback promptly. - Minimize repeat errors through proactive error-proofing of order forms. - Maintain high accuracy rates to reduce client-found defects. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Graduate equivalent in commerce/finance background preferred. - 1-2 Years Google Workflow working experience for Analyst - Prior knowledge on tools like **SAP/ Salesforce preferred**. - Prior experience on Order Management, Renewals, Provisioning, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Contract Management is valuable - Knowledge of order form/contract validation & implementation processes. - Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and compliance orientation. - Excellent written and spoken English skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
