**Experience:** 612 Years **Role:** Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant** with 612 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting O2C business processes. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in end-to-end order management, pricing, billing, credit management, invoicing, collections, and customer master data processes within ERP platforms. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into O2C system solutions. - Configure and support Order Management, Customer Management, Billing, Shipping, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. - Provide production support, issue analysis, and resolution. - Participate in ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects. - Ensure adherence to business controls, compliance requirements, and best practices. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of the complete **Order-to-Cash cycle**: - Customer Master Data - Sales Order Management - Pricing & Discounts - Credit Management - Delivery & Shipping - Billing & Invoicing - Accounts Receivable - Collections & Dispute Management
