Role: Order To Cash Senior Associate Skill: Finance and Accounting,OTC Experience: 3 years to 5 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills: - 3+ years of experience in FnA domain in O2C - Ownership of O2C Functions as Billing, Cash Allocation, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting. - Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred - Good Analytical Skills Good to Have - Experience in O2C Processing - MS office skills - Basic communication skills Job Responsibility - 100% WFO (work from office) - Willing to work in night and rotational shifts. - AR experience required - Customer service skills - Well-organized and proactive - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally - Good listening skills - Ability to work independently - Tracking budget expenses - Attention to detail - Maintains healthy vendor relationships - PC proficiency - Data entry skills - General math skills
