**Role** : OTC Senior Associate **Skill** : Finance and Accounting,OTC **Experience** : 3 years to 5 years **Job Location** : Chennai **Shift Timing** -12:30 PM-3:30 am **Education:** Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA **Must Have Skills:** • 3+ years of experience in FnA domain in O2C • Ownership of O2C Functions as Billing, Cash Allocation, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting. • Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred • Good Analytical Skills **Good to Have** • Experience in O2C Processing • MS office skills • Basic communication skills **Job Responsibility** • 100% WFO (work from office) • Willing to work in night and rotational shifts. • AR experience required • Customer service skills • Well-organized and proactive • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally • Good listening skills • Ability to work independently • Tracking budget expenses • Attention to detail • Maintains healthy vendor relationships • PC proficiency • Data entry skills • General math skills **Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN):** EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
