**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, synthesize, and optimize small molecule libraries for drug discovery applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop novel chemical entities that meet specific therapeutic requirements. - Conduct analytical testing and characterization of synthesized compounds using various techniques such as NMR, MS, and HPLC. - Develop and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis. **Job Requirements :** - 1-4 years of experience in medicinal chemistry or related field (e.g., pharmaceutical industry). - Strong background in synthetic organic chemistry with expertise in designing complex molecular structures. - Experience working with biologics or biopharmaceuticals is an asset but not required. - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related life sciences discipline.
