**Job Description** Windows System Administration with Quality Assurance Provision, configure, and QA non-production environments, Familiarity with creating standardized SOPs, managing quality metrics, and facilitating internal/external IT audits. Experience with performance and log monitoring Create, document, and maintain detailed, structured test plans Identify, log, track, and re-test bugs using defect tracking systems Test, troubleshoot, and ensure the reliability of applications Prepare the D/W/M reports and present to the client Do the analysis of the data and find the trends.
