Job description

We are looking for an energetic and communication-oriented **Field Executive - Lead Generation** to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves visiting residential societies, gated communities, and apartments to identify vacant properties available for **rent, lease, or sale** and generate relevant property-owner leads. The candidate will interact with society managers, secretaries, security personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to collect property information and leads. This is a **field-based role** and requires regular travel across assigned areas of Bengaluru, hydrabad. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Visit residential societies, gated communities, apartments, and assigned locations across Bengaluru. - Meet and coordinate with society managers, secretaries, security personnel, and other relevant contacts. - Identify vacant properties available for rent, lease, or sale. - Collect relevant property and owner lead information through authorized coordination with society/security management. - Maintain accurate details of leads collected during field visits. - Upload collected leads through Google Forms and the NoBroker portal. - Achieve daily and weekly lead-generation targets. - Maintain regular updates of field activities and leads generated. - Travel within assigned areas of Bengaluru for lead generation. - Build and maintain professional relationships with society representatives and security personnel. **Candidate Requirements** - Minimum **6 months of experience in field sales, field marketing, field operations, or similar field-based work**. - **Candidates with prior real estate experience are not eligible for this position.** - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with regular field visits and local travel across Bengaluru. - Confident in approaching and interacting with new people. - Basic smartphone and internet skills. - Comfortable using Google Forms, WhatsApp, and mobile/web applications. - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined. - Candidates who can **join immediately** will be preferred. **What We Offer** - Starting salary of **21,000 per month**, depending on experience and previous take-home salary. - **Performance-based incentives** in addition to fixed salary. - **Petrol allowance** for eligible field travel. - Opportunity to develop skills in field sales, lead generation, communication, and customer interaction. - Immediate joining opportunity for suitable candidates. **Important** This is a **100% field-based position** involving regular visits to residential societies, gated communities, and apartments across Bengaluru.
