**Greetings from Kotak Life Insurance.** **We are currently hiring for** **Major Revival .** **Job Role -** **Outbound caller** **Location-** **Goregaon (East), Mumbai** **Purpose:** To achieve sales targets by making effective sales presentations in a venue setting; to maintain high standards of service quality and attract and convert leads shared by the organization. **Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities** - Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality. - Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium. - Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer. - Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment. - Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms. **What's in it for you**: - Maintain a professional behavior with the customer throughout the Revival calling process. - Good communication skills. - Good convincing skills
