About the Role We are looking for a results-driven **Outreach Specialist** who can manage the complete outreach lifecyclefrom identifying the right publications to securing high-quality backlinks. Your work will directly influence how platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Mode reference NoBroker online. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research relevant publications across real estate, finance, lifestyle, and related categories. - Build and maintain a database of target websites and editorial contacts. - Craft personalized outreach emails and content pitches. - Write or coordinate guest posts, PR articles, and opinion pieces. - Manage the complete outreach-to-publication pipeline. - Track backlinks, live links, traffic value, and domain metrics. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with editors and publishers. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in guest posting, outreach, digital PR, or link building. - Proven track record of publishing content on high-quality websites or media platforms. - Strong communication and outreach skills. - Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink quality, and DA/DR metrics. - Experience with outreach tools such as Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Hunter, or similar platforms. - Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns independently. Good to Have - Existing network with editors or media publications. - Experience in real estate, fintech, or consumer internet sectors. - Understanding of AI search visibility and LLM citation trends. - Familiarity with HARO, Qwoted, and AI writing tools.
