### About the Team The Finance Automation Transformation team at PayU is at the forefront of reimagining how finance operates in a fast-evolving fintech landscape. Whether its automating revenue assurance workflows, streamlining reporting pipelines, or building robust control frameworks for new products, the Finance Automation Transformation team plays a critical role in shaping the financial backbone of PayUs growth journey. ### About the Role As an Associate Manager Finance, you will be a key contributor within the Assurance Process Excellence function. This role is primarily centered around strengthening internal controls over Revenue, Costs, and New Product initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, driving process improvements, and enabling scalable controls as PayU continues to grow its business. ### Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and strengthen internal controls over revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards - Drive cost assurance activities, including periodic review of cost heads, variance analysis, and exception reporting - Support new product launches from a finance and controls perspective assessing risk, defining control frameworks, and ensuring smooth financial integration - Prepare and present MIS reports and financial dashboards to senior stakeholders, highlighting key trends, risks, and actionable insights - Manage Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely billing, reconciliation, and collections - Identify process gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls across the revenue controllership function - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Operations, and Audit to ensure end-to-end financial governance - Support internal and external audit requirements by providing relevant documentation, data, and control evidence - Monitor revenue assurance metrics and flag anomalies or revenue leakages proactively - Assist in driving automation and digitization of finance processes to improve scalability and reduce manual effort ### Requirements: - 3 5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or technology-driven organizations - Strong understanding of revenue accounting, internal controls, and process assurance - Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, financial analysis, and variance reporting - Familiarity with Ind AS / IFRS accounting standards, particularly around revenue recognition - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred), and data analysis tools - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a passion for process excellence and continuous improvement Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
