As a Package Consultant: SAP Concur, you will implement and configure SAP Concur solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions to achieve client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement SAP Concur Solutions: Design and configure solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality results. • Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations. • Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Leverage knowledge of SAP Concur to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs, working with the latest technologies. • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through clear communications, inclusivity, and innovation. • Ensure Solution Maintainability: Focus on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability of solutions to meet client needs and achieve project goals. **Required education** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred education** Master's Degree **Required technical and professional expertise** • SAP Concur Implementation Expertise: Exposure to implementing and configuring SAP Concur solutions, with hands-on experience in designing and configuring solutions to meet client needs. • Business Requirements Analysis: Experience working with business requirements analysis, utilizing business and industry knowledge to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations. • Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Exposure to integrating packaged technology solutions, leveraging knowledge of SAP Concur and business processes to achieve client expectations. • Solution Delivery: Experience working on comprehensive solution delivery, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability of solutions to meet client needs. • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to working with the latest technologies, applying business and industry knowledge to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • SAP Concur Advanced Configuration: Exposure to advanced configuration options within SAP Concur, including workflow design and approval processes.
