Role description Experience 5 to 12 years of hands on experience with ServiceNow ITAM SAM modules Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development including scripting and automation e g JavaScript Glide Business Rules etc Familiarity with software license management compliance and best practices for managing IT assets Skills Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management concepts and processes Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply to ITAM SAM Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non technical stakeholders Certifications Preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD ITIL Foundation certification Skills Mandatory Skills : ServiceNow ITAM SAM
