**Role & responsibilities** PNM Field Relationship Manager (FRM) Roles & Responsibilities at NoBroker - Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned property owners and tenants. - Conduct property visits for onboarding, inspections, and service quality checks. - Coordinate tenant move-in, move-out, and property handover activities. - Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely closure of service requests. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners to improve customer retention. - Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Maintenance teams for seamless service delivery. - Verify property details, documentation, and compliance during field visits. - Monitor property maintenance and ensure issues are resolved within defined timelines. - Update customer interactions, property status, and service activities in the CRM system. - Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and customer satisfaction goals. **Preferred candidate profile** Candidate need to speak English and Hindi must having a field experience and understanding about the sales ability , convincing skills , For further information kindly connect me on whatsapp : 9620294657 ( Stephan )
