**Role & responsibilities** **Packers & Movers Roles and Responsibilities (NoBroker.com)** - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for Packers & Movers services. - Understand customer relocation requirements and recommend suitable moving packages. - Generate quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. - Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and operations teams for smooth relocation. - Schedule pickup, packing, transportation, and delivery as per customer requirements. - Provide customers with timely updates on booking status and shipment progress. - Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Cross-sell complementary NoBroker services such as home cleaning, painting, and storage solutions. - Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. - Achieve monthly sales, booking, and revenue targets. - Ensure service quality by coordinating timely issue resolution and post-move feedback. - Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and service quality standards. **Preferred candidate profile** Candidate must have field experience in logistics regarding packers and movers known languages English , Hindi should be fluently For further information kindly connect me on whatsapp : 9620294657 ( Stephan )
