Equipment Performance & Reliability Ensure optimal performance of paint shop equipment PT/ED (Pretreatment & Electro-deposition) OHC (Overhead Conveyor) CV (Conveyor systems) Safety Management Identify safety improvement opportunities Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety standards Drive initiatives to achieve zero accidents/incidents PLC & Automation Expertise Siemens PLC systems PT/ED and conveyor automation programs Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs Implement contingency plans including backup and bypass programs Training & Skill Development Develop and implement training plans for team members Build competency in: Siemens PLC programming Paint shop systems (PT/ED, conveyors) Conduct skill evaluation (L1, L2, multiskilling levels) Breakdown Management Lead and guide team during breakdown situations Analyze failures and implement corrective actions Focus on MTTR reduction and improved response time Planning, Reporting & Documentation Prepare and monitor: Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports Preventive Maintenance (PM) modules Patrol checkpoints and inspection plans Validate and implement OPL (One Point Lesson) documents
