Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design) Technical Skills: - Paint Shop Tool and Hanger Design - Knowledge of Painting process - Knowledge of Sealant, chemicals and consumables - Knowledge of tools and guns for painting - Knowledge of Various Automotive Standards Tool Skills: - Catia V5 - NX - AutoCAD - MS Projects Experience: 3 to 5 yrs Job Description: - Paint Shop layout - Cycle time study - Define Process flow and Documentation - BOM - Workstation design - Layout flow and simulation - Concept Design - Technical Specification - Time estimations - Cost target adherence Job Responsibilities: - Paint Shop Process Planning - Quality Checks as per Standards - Deliverable sign-off - Process Planning and layout reviews with Customer - Customer prescribed Documentation - Knowledge Sharing and documentation
