Painting Inspector

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Conduct visual inspections of paint systems to identify defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement quality control procedures for painting operations to ensure compliance with industry standards (ASNT, NACE). - Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues related to paint application, drying, and curing processes. - Analyze data from testing results to optimize paint formulations and improve product performance. **Job Requirements :** - 1-8 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical/plastics/rubber industry. - Strong understanding of ASNT Level II certification requirements for non-destructive testing methods (NDT). - Familiarity with NACE Standard TM0297-A "Painting Inspection" is an asset.
