This position aligns with the Experience Services Platform, which is responsible The Parking Manager will lead and manage end-to-end parking operations across India, ensuring efficient utilization of parking infrastructure, seamless employee experience, operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with workplace mobility and sustainability goals. Role Responsibilities • The Parking Manager will lead and manage end-to-end parking operations across India, ensuring efficient utilization of parking infrastructure, seamless employee experience, operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with workplace mobility and sustainability goals. • Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the complete employee, visitor, leadership, commercial cab, and vendor parking program across all India locations. • Drive parking allocation, registration cycles, renewals, waitlist management, and utilization optimization. • Develop and implement standardized parking policies, governance frameworks, and operating procedures across all sites. • Partner with Workplace, Facilities, Security, Transport, Landlords, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless parking operations. • Manage relationships with parking operators and vendors while monitoring service delivery and compliance with SLAs. • Lead parking capacity planning for new sites, expansions, and workplace changes. • Manage parking budgets, invoice validation, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives. • Prepare and present parking MIS, utilization reports, analytics, and leadership dashboards. • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives including smart parking systems, parking applications, and access control integration. • Support sustainability initiatives including EV parking, charging infrastructure, and green mobility programs. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, audit standards, and statutory regulations. • Act as the escalation point for parking-related concerns and drive continuous improvement in employee experience. • Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Logistics, or related field. • 7–10 years of experience in parking operations, workplace operations, facilities management, transportation, or mobility programs. • Experience managing multi-site or regional operations within large corporate environments is preferred. • Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. • Experience with parking management systems, workplace technology platforms, and dashboard tools such as Power BI is preferred. • Operational Excellence/ Data Analysis and Reporting/ Financial Management/ Process Improvement Sound like you?
