Job description

**1. Skill Requirement:** - Primary focus on **Audio-Video (AV) support**. - Exposure to supporting tools mentioned in the JD is expected (hands-on not mandatory for all). - Basic/Conceptual knowledge of **Telecom** is sufficient; hands-on experience will be an added advantage. **2. Technology Landscape:** - Predominantly **Cisco environment**. - Collaboration tools include **Webex, MS Teams, Zoom**, etc. **3. Work Hours & Support Model:** - **24x5 operations**, with occasional weekend support based on business needs. - Weekend work beyond half a day will be compensated with a **comp-off** in the following week. - Weekend support can be delivered remotely (WFH). - The team is expected to evolve towards a **24x7 model**. **4. Team Structure:** - Current team size: **5 members (including Amit)**. - Planned ramp-up to **~10 members** over time. **5. Resource Requirement:** - Immediate need for **2 engineers** (with potential for additional demand). **6. Experience Level:** - **6-7 years** of experience. - Expected to operate at **L2+/L3 level**. **7. Work Location & Policy:** - Base location: **Gurugram**. - WFH allowed based on manager approval. - If working remotely, the candidate must **reside within NCR** or have explicit approval from the reporting manager. **8. Work Culture:** - **4 days office + 1-day WFH** (subject to business requirements it may change). - Adhere to Publicis Holiday policy
