Job description

**Educational qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. **Work experience** - We are seeking a Senior Executive/Consultant with a minimum of 5 years (60 months) of experience in Identity and Access Management to join our team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in developing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive business outcomes through technology. **The ideal candidate will:** - Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions to meet client needs, including configuration and deployment of identity management systems. - Lead the integration of Entra ID with various platforms and applications to ensure seamless identity and access management. - Develop identity governance frameworks to enhance security and compliance. - Collaborate with clients to assess their current identity solutions and recommend improvements. - Monitor and analyze the integration and performance of Entra ID, troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and clients on the capabilities and best practices of Entra ID. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. - Be a quick learner and adaptable to changing environments - Have strong analytical skills and communication skills - Build strong professional working relationships with client personnel - Have clear understanding of IAM solution design and configuration - Be willing to work in rotational shifts supporting client environment. - Deliver timely and high-quality work diligently - Identify issues and opportunities, and communicate them to appropriate senior member **Mandatory Certification Required:** •        Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent are highly desirable This role is for you if you have  the below **Technical Skills Required:** •        At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). •        Deep understanding of identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). •        Proven experience with Azure Active Directory and associated technologies. •        Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions and services •        Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution. •        Understanding of Java/Python or any other programming language. •        Understanding of Code repository concepts and standard process (Git) •        Experience in transitioning services from a implementation partner post deployment and operationalizing a IAM solution •        Ability to work with multiple stake holders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solution. •        Good Understanding of Operating systems, Database concepts and others potential targets or endpoints for a typical IAM Solution. •        Good presentation and documentation skills **Behavioral / team skills** •        Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills •        Ready to work in Shifts (on 3 shift rotation pattern) •        Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations •        Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment •        Desire to learn and contribute •        Focused and self-motivated approach to work •        Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
