Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow SPM module (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management). ? Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). ? Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. ? Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs. ? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ? Perform data modeling, CMDB alignment, and reporting/dashboard creation. ? Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal system performance. ? Follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment within ServiceNow. ? Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities. Required Skills **Required Skills** ? Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). ? Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development. ? Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflows. ? Good knowledge of REST APIs and integrations. ? Exposure to ITSM and CMDB modules. ?
