Job description: Job Description **Role Summary:** This role is with Energy Domain & Consulting within Wipro Consulting GBL. Energy Downstream and LNG value chain focuses on business & technology engagements for top Energy – Downstream clients around the world covering areas like Refining, LNG, Lubricant, Chemical , Renewable & Bio Fuels and new energy among others. This is a leadership and high impact role to help Wipro expand its consulting footprint in the energy sector clients. The role holder should be an expert practitioner in Energy Downstream Oil , natural gas, LNG, new energy and should be able to build / strengthen and expand capability, business footprint focussed on one large metal account. **Core Responsibilities** - **Consulting Strategy** : Define growth strategy for business consulting and technology consulting with higher billing rates and margins, leverage C-suite relationships, expand networking and leads, create and meet new business opportunity & win targets (pipeline and order book) in the assigned account(s) - **Consulting Delivery** : Lead and execute high impact consulting programs aligning with client business strategy and roadmap, engage with senior client stakeholders to create and sustain delivery led growth, meet utilization and revenue targets - **Competency Development** : Enhance core competency capability building strategy for Energy Downstream capability area, enrich knowledge assets, manage geo-distributed consulting associates of varied experience levels, mentoring, career planning. - **Business Growth** : The role holder is expected to shape, lead and drive transformation engagements by working closely with Global Account Executives, Account Delivery & Sector Delivery Heads and internal Wipro teams. - **Partnerships** : Nurture key partnerships based on product/service capabilities, future road maps and alignment with our client needs, with the objective of building competency and business network e.g., product companies, practitioner forums, Refining / Chemical / LNG industry networks etc. - **Thought** **Leadership** : Be Wipro’s voice and a recognized thought leader across industry forums, partner events and customer interlocks.
