Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage airline reservations, ticketing, and cancellations using GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo. - Process passenger refunds, PNR changes, and fare adjustments in accordance with IATA regulations. - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving travel-related issues promptly and efficiently. - Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and maintain records according to company standards. **Job Requirements :** - 1-8 years of experience in air ticketing or a related field. - Proficiency in airfare rules, fares, GDS (Amadeus/Galileo), IATA regulations, and international ticketing procedures. - Strong knowledge of airline policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and modifications.
