Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and acquire new merchants for payment gateway services. - Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels. - Explain payment gateway products and features to prospective clients. - Assist merchants with documentation, KYC, and onboarding processes. - Coordinate with internal teams for account setup and activation. - Monitor transaction performance and resolve merchant queries. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Achieve monthly sales and activation targets. - Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate CRM records. **Required Skills:** - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of digital payment systems and online transactions. - Basic understanding of merchant acquisition and sales processes. - Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. **Eligibility:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). - 03 years of experience in payment gateway sales, fintech, banking, or merchant acquisition. - Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered. **Preferred Experience:** - Experience in payment gateways, POS solutions, QR code onboarding, or fintech products. - Familiarity with UPI, credit/debit card payments, net banking, and digital wallets. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** - Number of new merchant acquisitions. - Payment gateway activations completed. - Transaction volume and merchant engagement. - Achievement of monthly sales targets. - Customer satisfaction and retention.
