Job description

- **Managing Payroll Quality Assurance** **> Conduct thorough reviews of payroll data, including employee hours, salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.** **> Ensure 100% error free deliverables** **> Identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within payroll data by performing detailed checks and analyses.** **> Investigate and resolve issues related to missing or inaccurate data, collaborating with Payroll Operations teams as necessary** **> Perform Root Cause analysis for the errors in order to achieve reduction/elimination of the same ensuring 100% accuracy.**
