**Roles and Responsibilities** The Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing **end-to-end payroll operations** for assigned APAC countries, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional global teams to support efficient payroll delivery, Time & attendance processes across APAC . - Execute **end-to-end payroll processing** for APAC countries (e.g., Australia, India, Singapore, etc.) - Ensure payroll is processed **accurately and timely**, adhering to local statutory and compliance requirements - Manage and validate **time & attendance (T&A) data** and ensure proper integration with payroll systems - Collaborating with **cross-functional global teams** including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors - Support **payroll audits**, statutory filings, and compliance requirements across APAC - Maintain payroll data integrity and ensure compliance with **data privacy and retention standards** - Act as a **subject matter expert (SME)** for payroll processes and systems (e.g., SAP/GlobalView, ADP) - Support issue resolution, investigation, and **root cause analysis for payroll discrepancies** - Monitor and support **KPIs/metrics** related to payroll service delivery - Participate in **continuous improvement initiatives** and process standardization - Stay current with **APAC payroll legislation and regulatory requirements** - Support **vendor coordination** to ensure service delivery alignment **Education** - Bachelors degree required - Payroll certification (India payroll certification preferred/required) - 58 years of payroll experience in a **multinational or shared services environment** - Experience with **SAP/GlobalView or similar payroll platforms preferred** - Strong knowledge of **APAC payroll (Australia, India, Singapore, etc.)** - Language standard: Advanced English (spoken and written) **Experience** - Hands-on experience in **end-to-end payroll processing** - Strong knowledge of **time & attendance systems and payroll integration** - Experience working in a **global, cross-functional environment** - Familiarity with **third-party payroll vendors (e.g., ADP)** - Strong understanding of **statutory compliance and payroll regulations** - Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure during payroll cycles - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
