Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Manage post-sales customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Process customer orders received via email, ERP systems, customer portals, or sales teams. Verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and payment terms. Enter and manage orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems. Coordinate with inventory, production, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability. Track order status and resolve delays or discrepancies. Prepare order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation. Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and replacements. Resolve customer queries and order-related escalations. Maintain order records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs. **Preferred candidate profile** Graduation is mandatory.
