**JD for Pega CDH Decisioning Engineer** Key skillset • Experience on Pega Infinity CDH • 5 years of Pega implementation, with strategy related experience Responsibilities • Design and develop decision strategies, engagement policies, and arbitration logic in Pega CDH • Implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) framework for real-time and batch decisioning • Configure and manage inbound and outbound channels (web, mobile, email, SMS, etc.) • Create, run, and analyse Adaptive models for efficient campaign management and delivery • Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CDH solutions, where OOTB solutions may not work for this client • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of decision strategies • Integrate Pega CDH with external systems via APIs and data flows • Ensure compliance with guardrails, best practices, and performance standards • Support deployment activities and production issue resolutio Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega, with strong focus on Pega CDH • In-depth knowledge of Pega CDH and its significance in the banking industry • Thorough understanding of Next Best Action Designer and ability to define strategies for efficient model performances • Implemented Multi Level Decisioning and Multi App in at least one of the projects. • Working and troubleshooting experience with 1:1 Operations Manager and Application Overlays • Participate in Data Migration and deployment Pipelines for Business Operations Environment • Proficient in Agile ways of working and implementation • DevOps experience and knowledge in technologies such as Cassandra, Kafka and ElasticSearch will be a plus
