Job Title: Senior Pega Developer Position: SE / SSE Experience: 5+ yrs. Job Location: Hyderabad Work Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. **Must-Have Skills:** . Design, develop, and maintain applications using the **Pega Platform**, **Constellations, Github Copilot and Cosmos.** . Build and configure workflows, case management, UI screens, and business rules in Pega . Develop reusable and maintainable components using Pega best practices and guardrails . Strong understanding of Pega architecture, class structure, data modeling, and rulesets . Experience in integrations using **REST/SOAP services, connectors, and APIs** . Work with databases and perform data mapping, validations, and optimization . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, DevOps, Product Owners) . Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines . Ensure application quality using Pega guardrails, unit testing, and debugging tools . Support **CI/CD, deployment**, and release management activities . Strong hands-on experience in Pega application development . Good understanding of case lifecycle, flows, decisioning, and declarative rules . Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies . Pega **CSA/CSSA certification** is preferred **Good-to-Have Skills:** . Exposure to **Pega integrations** with external systems . Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud . Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices** . Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability techniques in Pega . Understanding of security best practices and role-based access control . Exposure to Pega Customer Service or other Pega frameworks is an added advantage
