Locations: **Pune , Mumbai , Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai , Coimbatore** **Key responsibilities** - Translate business requirements into well-structured Pega solutions: case types, flows, data pages, decision logic, and UI. - Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, connectors, and services; handle data mapping and error handling. - Create reusable components, data transforms, activities, and decision rules to maximize maintainability. - Configure SLAs, escalations, service level expectations, and ensure correct case lifecycle management. - Follow Pega Guardrails, perform performance tuning, troubleshoot issues, and optimize rule resolution. - Participate in design and code reviews, and enforce best practices and standards. - Develop unit tests, support system/UAT testing cycles, and resolve defects. - Prepare technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and deployment/runbook content. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. - Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in collaboration with operations. **Required technical skills** - 4 to 6 years working with Pega Platform (specify version in application). - Strong knowledge of Case Management, Case Designer, rule resolution, and circumstancing. - Experience designing flows, activities, data pages, data transforms, decision tables/trees, and UI rules (sections/harnesses). - Proven experience with integrations: REST, SOAP, JMS, connectors, services, and data mapping. - Familiarity with Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments. - Understanding of database concepts and ability to write/interpret SQL for troubleshooting. - Experience with source control and Pega deployment tools (Deployment Manager, Branching, or equivalent CI/CD). - Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for UI customizations. **Preferred** - Pega certifications such as CSSA, CSSP, or CPDC. - Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub or Pega RPA. - Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and containerization concepts. - Prior work in Agile/Scrum teams and exposure to DevOps practices. - Experience with performance testing and load optimization strategies.
