**Pega Smart Investigate (SI) Consultant** **Experience:** 5 to 16 Years **Location:** Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Pega Smart Investigate (SI) Consultant** with expertise in **Pega BPM, Pega PRPC, and Pega Smart Investigate framework**. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting dispute and fraud management solutions leveraging Pega Smart Investigate for banking and financial services clients. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop applications using **Pega Smart Investigate (SI)** and **Pega PRPC**. - Configure and customize dispute lifecycle processes including: - Chargebacks - Fraud Claims - Retrieval Requests - Representments - Arbitration Cases - Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Develop and maintain: - Case Types - Flows and Flow Actions - Activities - Data Pages - Data Transforms - Decision Rules - Integrations - Configure Pega Smart Dispute, Smart Claims, and Smart Investigate modules. - Integrate Pega applications with external systems through REST/SOAP services and APIs. - Perform code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support. - Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Required Skills - Strong experience in **Pega BPM / Pega PRPC**. - Hands-on experience with **Pega Smart Investigate (SI)** implementation and support. - Expertise in dispute and fraud management processes. - Experience in: - Case Management - Business Rules - Integration Services - Workflow Development - Decisioning - Strong understanding of banking payment networks such as: - Visa - Mastercard - Debit/Credit Card Disputes - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications (Preferred/Mandatory) - **Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)** - **Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)** Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payment Processing, or Card Operations. - Experience in production support, performance tuning, and deployment activities. - Knowledge of dispute management frameworks and payment industry regulations. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
