**Job Title:** Senior Support Engineer - Pega **Skills:** Pega CSSA, Production Support **Experience:** 5-9 years **Location:** Hyderabad **Notice Period** : Immediate We at Coforge are Hiring for Pega Tech Leads with the following skillset **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical Pega applications and ensure adherence to SLA commitments. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents and application issues. - Create, configure, and extend Pega applications based on business requirements. - Manage Pega rules, rulesets, and application versions following established governance standards. - Leverage Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) for efficient rule reuse across applications and case types. - Configure and maintain roles, access groups, privileges, and security controls. - Manage data access, integrations, and information flow within Pega applications. - Design and configure workflows, assignments, approvals, and business processes. - Support responsive application design for multiple device types, including mobile platforms. - Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive solutions. **Required Technical Skills :** - Strong experience with **Pega PRPC / Pega Platform** - Pega Application Development and Support - Case Management and Workflow Configuration - Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) - Rules and Rulesets Management - Data Pages and Data Modeling - REST/SOAP Web Services & API Integration - Security Configuration (Access Groups, Roles, Privileges) - Production Support & Incident Management - Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting - Pega Debugging Tools - SQL and Database Fundamentals - Application Deployment and Release Support **Soft Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong stakeholder management and customer support orientation. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support activities simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
