Position Overview The People Analytics Specialist will transform people data and analysis into meaningful insights and recommendations that support L.E.K.’s People strategy. The role will provide analytical support across the firm’s People functions and contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing dashboards, improving data quality, supporting reporting requirements and enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with People leadership and other stakeholders to support internal projects and initiatives related to the firm’s People strategy. Design and develop dashboards, reports and analyses using internal people data. Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making. Maintain and perform quality checks on existing People Analytics dashboards, reports and analytical products. Partner with People functions to support operational reporting and analytics requirements. Ensure best practices are followed for data capture, tracking, reporting and governance. Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes and analytical efficiency as the firm grows. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement reporting and process improvements. Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other data-visualization tools. Create, maintain and oversee reports within Workday. Support functional teams in using dashboards, reports and analytical tools effectively. Serve as a subject-matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests. Support broader People Team priorities and firm-wide initiatives. Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field. At least two years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role. Previous experience working in Human Resources, People Operations or a related function. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI, including Power Query and Data Analysis Expressions. Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate or workflow-automation platforms. Experience working with Human Capital Management systems; familiarity with Workday is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate findings clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
