We are seeking a visionary **Instructional Design Leader** **to drive large-scale SAP and Systems Implementation (SI) learning engagements.** You will lead a global team of specialists, bridging the gap between complex technical systems and high-impact employee experiences. Location:-Bangalore/Pan India (except Mumbai & Gurugram) Exp-10-15 y **The Role at a Glance** As a Learning Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning solutions. You aren’t just managing projects; you are building a practice, mentoring talent, and leveraging cutting-edge tech like **SAP EnableNow** to transform how global workforces adopt new systems. **Key Responsibilities** - **Strategic Leadership:** Drive large-scale SAP/SI engagements, managing stakeholders, project economics, and high-level quality assurance. - **Team Development:** Build and mentor a team of instructional designers; serve as a coach to foster continuous professional growth. - **Design Excellence:** Oversee the creation of learner-centric content (WBTs, VILT, Videos, Nano-learning) using **ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and visual design principles**. - **Innovation:** Utilize advanced digital tools (Articulate, WalkMe, Vyond) and explore automation to increase operational efficiency. - **Business Growth:** Partner with regional leaders to build project pipelines and develop proprietary tools and methodologies. **What We’re Looking For** - **Experience:** 10–14 years in complex learning projects, specifically within **SAP (S4/HANA, FI, HR, MM)** or other ERP environments (Oracle, Workday). - **Technical Mastery:** Expert-level knowledge of **SAP EnableNow** and various authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate). - **Strategic Mindset:** Proven ability to manage project risks, budgets, and large, distributed teams. - **Communication:** Exceptional writing and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to global stakeholders. - **Agility:** A proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cultural collaboration. **Bonus Points** - Experience with **gamification** and data-driven instructional design. - Background in content marketing or tech-heavy organizations. - Familiarity with video technology and website design.
