Educational Requirements Master Of Engineering,MBA,MSc,MTech,Bachelor of Engineering,BCom,BSc,BTech Service Line Enterprise Package Application Services Responsibilities A day in the life of an Infoscion-As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternativesYou will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Additional Responsibilities - Knowledge of more than one technologyBasics of Architecture and Design fundamentalsKnowledge of Testing toolsKnowledge of agile methodologies Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projectsUnderstanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processesBasics of business domain to understand the business requirementsAnalytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skillsGood understanding of the technology and domain Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methodsAwareness of latest technologies and trendsExcellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Technical and Professional Requirements 2+ Years of experience in PeopleSoft Admin Support and application/toolsStrong Experience in latest People Tools installation and configuration on Linux and Windows OS platformsAt least one Application upgrade experience from PeopleSoft Application version 8.9 to 9.2 with latest People ToolsStrong experience in People Tools PUM Image Upgrade Experience in working / supporting PeopleSoft FSCM environment administrationStrong experience in PeopleSoft Administration including monitoring, bug fixes, Admin / project compare reports generationExperience in configuring the web services for automated job start/stop services upon server start/restartExperience in configuring Single Sign on / Integration Broker after Tools/Image UpgradeExposure to Oracle Database AdministrationExposure to OS Administration Preferred Skills - Technology->PeopleSoft->Sys Admin and DBA
