Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across PeopleSoft HRMS modules. - Configure and support PeopleSoft applications, including: - Core HR - Workforce Administration - Benefits - Payroll - Absence Management - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs. - Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business validation activities. - Provide functional and technical support for production issues, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. - Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft components using: - Application Designer - PeopleCode - Application Packages - Application Engine - Component Interfaces - SQR and BI Publisher Reports - Develop and maintain integrations using: - Integration Broker - SOAP and REST Web Services - Perform data migration and conversion activities using: - Data Mover - Excel to CI - File Layouts - Debug, analyze, and resolve technical issues across PeopleSoft environments. - Participate in PeopleSoft Fluid implementation and development initiatives. - Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle. **Preferred candidate profile** - 5-8 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant. - Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS modules, including Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence Management. - Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft configuration, customization, and support. - Proficiency in PeopleTools technologies such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Application Packages. - Experience developing reports using SQR and BI Publisher. - Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker and web service integrations (SOAP/REST). - Experience with data migration and conversion tools, including Data Mover, Excel to CI, and File Layouts. - Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Fluid development and implementation. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production support, and issue resolution activities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
