Inviting applications for the role of **Lead Consultant (4B) – LoadRunner, JMeeter** We are seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Lead with over 11 years of experience to drive and manage all aspects of performance testing for our critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead performance test planning, design, execution, and analysis, ensuring our systems meet or exceed SLAs for scalability, reliability, and response times. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle, including planning, designing, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting. - Develop performance test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements. - Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar. - Analyze system behavior under load and identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure to address performance issues. - Establish performance benchmarks and SLAs; provide actionable recommendations for optimization. - Mentor and guide junior performance testers and coordinate with testing teams across multiple projects. - Automate performance test executions and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay current with industry best practices and emerging tools and technologies in performance testing. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills - Strong Technical Skills - 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and leadership roles. - Expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar. - Strong knowledge of web technologies, application architectures (microservices, SOA), and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, REST). - Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics) and server monitoring. - Proficient in analyzing server, database, network performance metrics, and troubleshooting complex performance issues. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar. - performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics) and server monitoring - Strong scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. **Other Tools:** - Git, Swagger/Postman, Jira/Azure Boards - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and teamwork - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Agile/Scrum development experience **Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
