We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: Performance Engineering (Load Runner)** **Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years** **Location: Pan india** **Must Have:** - Understanding of Performance Testing best practices and has 5+ years of work experience in performance testing using LoadRunner - Understanding test planning, script execution and maintenance - Perform assigned testing as per the Test Plan; document and report all discovered problems - Create and execute performance tests for revised applications - Maintain records of all application testing; prepare reports summarizing testing results and where SLAs were broken **Good-to-Have:** - Collaborate with developers and users to optimize testing, defect isolation, and defect tracking - Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of IT management, offshore teams and business users is required - Candidate must have strong analytical and problem management skills to be able to resolve issues as they arise in the testing environments **Essential:** - Candidate should has monitoring tool experience (Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics...) - Other skill-sets that would be useful are prior experience in banking domain - Exposure to Java, .Net technologies, web services and middle tier applications **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
