**Job Opportunity - Performance Management Lead** We are seeking a Performance Management lead to drive strategic value visibility and performance management within Life Science Data, Digital, and IT (LS DDIT). This role is central to implement and automate operational KPIs for our LS DDIT organization, which includes the tracking, communicating and refinement if KPIs in alignment with LS DDIT’s strategic priorities. **Your Role** **Value Tracking & Quality Assurance:** Own and facilitate the end-to-end value tracking process for all LS DDIT initiatives and products, ensuring consistent measurement of delivered value. Conduct internal quality assurance reviews of value metrics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and credibility of reported outcomes. Establish and maintain governance standards for value tracking, including documentation, review cycles, and escalation protocols. **Performance KPI Implementation & Automation:** Implement a robust, scalable framework for collecting Performance KPIs across the LS DDIT organization. Drive automation of KPI data collection processes to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness and reliability of performance data. **LS Shared KPI Reporting:** Provide curated, executive-ready shared KPIs to the CEO office, translating operational performance data into clear, strategic narratives. Prepare high-quality presentations, and briefings tailored for senior leadership and executive audiences. **Strategic KPI Refinement:** Continuously refine and evolve LS DDIT Performance KPIs to reflect shifting strategic priorities and organizational objectives. Engage with the Head of Strategy, Portfolio Performance and LS DDIT leadership toalign performance metrics with the broader strategic agenda. **Business Operations & Programme Tracking** Maintain trackers and dashboards for DDIT India initiatives & milestones Drive follow-ups on action items from leadership meetings and governance forums Support preparation of business reviews, leadership decks, and quarterly updates Manage operational cadence: governance calendars, meeting rhythms, and review cycles **Engagement & Internal Communications** Coordinate and execute engagement events: town halls, all-hands, connect sessions, and recognition initiatives Help build and amplify the DDIT India narrative for global and local stakeholders Track and report engagement initiative metrics (# of initiatives, participation rates) **Core Competencies:** 1. Performance Management & KPI Frameworks Deep understanding of KPI design, implementation, and governance Experience building end-to-end performance management frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs) Ability to define, track, and refine operational and strategic metrics Knowledge of value tracking methodologies for IT/Digital organizations 2. Data & Analytics / Automation Proficiency in BI & reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) Experience with data automation tools and pipelines (e.g. Power Automate, Python scripting, SQL) Ability to design scalable data collection frameworks, reducing manual effort Familiarity with data governance and data quality assurance practices 3. Executive Communication & Storytelling Strong ability to translate complex operational data into clear strategic narratives Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and briefings for C-suite /senior leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Qualifications & Experience (Recommended)** Education Bachelor& or Master& in Business, Data/Analytics, IT, or related field Experience 5 years+ in performance management, strategy, analytics, or related roles Industry Life Sciences, Pharma, or large enterprise IT/Digital environment preferred Tools Power BI / Tableau, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SQL, Power Automate
