Performance Marketing Manager PlanetSpark | Gurgaon | On-site Experience: 4–7 Years | Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a high-ownership Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth, acquisition, and profitability at PlanetSpark. This role combines performance marketing expertise with an AI-first approach . You’ll be expected to leverage AI extensively—particularly Claude and ChatGPT —to improve campaign performance, accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and build smarter marketing systems. What You’ll Do • Own key performance metrics including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and profitability • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels • Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition strategies • Continuously experiment with audiences, creatives, landing pages, formats, and bidding strategies • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth and optimization opportunities • Work closely with Creative, Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to improve the marketing funnel • Use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools extensively for campaign analysis, creative strategy, research, optimization, and decision-making • Build and implement AI-driven automations for reporting, monitoring, analysis, and campaign execution • Identify and test new paid acquisition channels and scalable growth opportunities What We’re Looking For • 4–7 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience • Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 engineering institute — IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSUT, or equivalent • Proven experience scaling large paid marketing campaigns • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and paid acquisition • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution, conversion tracking, segmentation, and funnel optimization • Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills • Strong hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-powered marketing tools • Ability to build or implement AI-driven automations • Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and a bias toward experimentation Why PlanetSpark? • Own high-impact growth initiatives with direct business impact • Work closely with Founders and senior leadership • Build cutting-edge AI-driven performance marketing systems • Work in a fast-paced, meritocratic, and growth-oriented environment • Help redefine how kids learn essential life skills worldwide To Apply • Send your CV to eshita.singh@planetspark.in
