Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning. **Your work profile** As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. **Key skills required** - Hands-on experience with **LoadRunner** and **JMeter** - Strong understanding of **Performance Testing & Performance Engineering concepts** - Experience in **Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing** - Expertise in **performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis** - Strong debugging skills across **Application, Database, Middleware, and Infrastructure layers** - Experience with monitoring/APM tools such as **Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.** - Good understanding of **Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP)** - Knowledge of **SQL, Linux, and log analysis** - Experience working in **Agile/DevOps environments** **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts. - Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks. - Work closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve issues. - Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations. - Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. **Notice Period** : Immediate to 30 days
