For more information, visit www.exlservice.com. **Role Description** The Performance Tester at EXL will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure applications and systems meet scalability, reliability, and responsiveness requirements. This full-time, on-site role in North Delhi involves collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks, define test scenarios, and recommend optimizations. The Performance Tester will create and maintain performance testing scripts, monitor system behavior under load, document findings, and prepare clear reports for stakeholders. The role also includes contributing to performance test strategies, supporting continuous performance monitoring in pre-production environments, and helping implement best practices across projects. **Qualifications** - Strong skills in performance testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar), with the ability to design and maintain test scripts and scenarios. - Solid understanding of application architecture, web technologies, APIs, and databases, including how they impact system performance and scalability. - Experience in monitoring and analysis using APM and infrastructure tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent) to identify and diagnose bottlenecks. - Proficiency in performance test planning, workload modeling, test data preparation, and reporting of metrics such as throughput, latency, error rates, and resource utilization. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing into agile and DevOps workflows. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Effective collaboration skills to work closely with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams in an on-site environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with scripting or programming languages (such as Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation and customization is beneficial. - Background in testing large-scale, high-traffic,
