Job description
**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions. - Develop load runner scripts to simulate large-scale user scenarios and measure system response times. - Conduct thorough analysis of test data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Provide detailed reports on test findings and recommendations for process improvements. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-8 years of experience in Performance Testing with expertise in JMeter and Load Runner tools. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Sc). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.
