Job Description - -------------- **Job Role - Performance Testing** **exp-8+ Years** **Location - Pan India** **Virtual Interviews - 28th Jul-26** Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies, plans, and test cases. * Create and maintain performance test scripts using **LoadRunner** , **JMeter**, or similar tools. * Conduct: * Load Testing * Stress Testing * Spike Testing * Endurance/Soak Testing * Volume Testing * Scalability Testing * Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations. * Monitor application, database, network, and infrastructure performance metrics. * Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues. * Prepare performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholders. * Establish performance baselines and service-level benchmarks. * Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. * Support production performance monitoring and capacity planning initiatives.
