**Job Purpose:** The role of Personal Assistant to CXO will support the smooth day-to-day running of the CXO’s office. The incumbent is expected to understand the business in order to provide efficient support to the CXO. He/ she provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. The incumbent will also participate in special projects / event management as per requirement. **Position Overview:** Location: Gurugram Position Title: Assistant Manager Reports to: CXO Function: Brand **What you’ll do:** - Act as the CXO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. - Provide end to end calendar management for CXO. - Schedule meetings taking into account the different time zones and ensure the CXO has all the required documents. - Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings and follow-up as required. - Book all travel arrangements, accommodation and organize itineraries. - Collate and submit claims (Travel, FPA etc.). - Prepare reports and presentations by gathering data and putting it in the required format. - Maintain confidentiality in reports as relevant to top management level. - Prepare periodic communications to internal and external stakeholders. - Assist with end-to-end data management and ensure confidential data and documents are password protected. - Act as gatekeepers and problem solvers, keep the company organized, boost morale and increase productivity. - Develop knowledge on IT system process and Digital Signature process. - Stay updated on basic SAP - PR/PO process. - Create a friendly work atmosphere while maintaining the office decorum with full integrity. **What you'll bring:** **Experience:** - 5+ years’ experience in a similar role working for an CEO / MD level individual. - Proficient in SAP e-Expenses, online tools. - PowerPoint skills and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel. - Knowledge of G Suite / e-mail systems. - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, highly attentive to detailing. **Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Full Time) **Why work with us?** We are a global leader in middleweight motorcycles (250-750cc), operating in 80 countries.
