Job description: Job Description **Role Purpose** The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. **Key Requirements:** - Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB preferred) - Hands-on experience in DMAIC, RCA, FMEA, Kaizen - Working knowledge of Minitab (mandatory) - Proven track record in process improvement with measurable impact - Experience in BPO/BPS/IT/Consulting environment preferred - Strong stakeholder management & consulting mindset **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs - Perform data analysis & root cause identification - Design and implement process optimisation solutions - Deliver measurable business outcomes (cost, SLA, productivity) - Collaborate with stakeholders for solution implementation & change management - Ensure continuous improvement and best practice adoption Profile description: **Key Requirements:** - Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB preferred) - Hands-on experience in DMAIC, RCA, FMEA, Kaizen - Working knowledge of Minitab (mandatory) - Proven track record in process improvement with measurable impact - Experience in BPO/BPS/IT/Consulting environment preferred - Strong stakeholder management & consulting mindset
