****Qualification**** B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering **Experience** 05 to 08 Years **Required Skills** Operations and maintenance of packing plant, optimization of packing plant operations. ****Job Description of Position Incumbent**** - Coordinate with loading contractors to ensure systematic and safe execution of operations. - Plan and execute maintenance activities, spare parts planning, and billing activities related to the packing plant, including wagon tippler, wagon loading, truck loading, HEMM, and locomotive operations. - Liaise with Indian Railways to ensure smooth movement of inward and outward rakes and effective DC management. - Coordinate continuously with loading contractors to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards. - Ensure training of all workmen as per required standards and operational procedures. - Carry out manpower planning and scheduling to support plant operations. - Prepare and manage shift schedules for workmen and staff to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. - Coordinate with the logistics team to achieve S&OP targets. - Control packing bag inventory and coordinate with stores and purchase departments to maintain sufficient inventory levels. - Ensure implementation and compliance with all safety standards across packing plant operations.
