Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - To ensure smooth & safe operation of Kiln, Raw Mill and Cement mill to achieve production target. - Minimize power consumption by optimum Kiln and Mils operation with maintaining consistent quality parameters. - Preparation & updating of day-to-day Production, MIS, SAP & other all department related reports. - To ensure safe working environment for Mill operation & Raw Material handling operation. 5.Co-ordination with other department to improve the plant performance. - To implement/ follow/ participation in all Safety Standards WCM& IS0 system for the excellence of the organization. - Look after Plant PM Shutdown, Annual shutdown & Mill Re gradation activities. **Qualifications :** Diploma/ B. Tech in Chemical/ Cement Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc. **Experience :** 5 to 10 Years ( Operation of Kiln, Vertical mills & Ball mill)\\. **Critical & Desired Competencies :** Good knowledge of Pyro Process. Vertical mill operation, stabilization and optimization Analytical skill of process parameters. Critical Competencies Problem solving skill Proficient in MS Office, Computer Skills & working on SAP Refractory Installation. Shutdown planning and maintenance jobs. Safety awareness.
