- Improve safety culture and implement safety standard - Improve condition of Civil structure and railway track by on time maintenance - Reduction of rpm cost by cost saving maint. activity - Proper planning & executing of all capex jobs. - Timely review & indent considering delivery Period - Planning & Execution of Civil maintenance including Railway. - RPM Cost reduction. - Inventory reduction. - Workmen handling - A. Responsible for planning and execution of maintenance, spare parts planning, billing activities of Civil Department for Plant and Colony.
