**Role & responsibilities** Convert qualified leads into confirmed long-term stay bookings Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options Drive revenue growth and occupancy targets for assigned inventory Build and onboard B2B partnerships with corporates, institutes, hospitals, and relocation agencies Generate bulk bookings and long-term contracts through B2B channels Maintain strong relationships with clients and property partners Track market trends, pricing, and competition to optimize demand generation Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to move-in
